Zusammenfassung

Wirz Partners in Switzerland seeks a Head of Banking and Member of the Executive Management to lead an integrated banking, pensions, wealth management and asset management platform for entrepreneurs and SMEs in the Greater Zurich area.

You will own the client lifecycle end to end, define the go-to-market and sales strategy, and build a high-performing commercial organization while ensuring regulatory alignment with FINMA.

Qualifikationen

• Senior commercial leader with Switzerland experience
• Experience owning client relationships end to end across banking, pensions, private banking and asset management
• Credible track record in scaling businesses and driving growth

Aufgaben

• Own the full client lifecycle across all business lines from first contact to growth and retention
• Define and steer the Group's overall go-to-market and sales strategy in collaboration with marketing and product
• Continue to oversee and professionalize asset management, pensions and private banking businesses
• Establish a KPI-driven sales process with pipeline, forecasting and performance tracking
• Build and lead a high-performing commercial organization with incentive and compensation design
• Ensure growth aligns with conduct, customer suitability and regulatory requirements
• Act as the central commercial counterpart to the CEO and Board
