Job summary

UBS Group in Bern seeks a leader to head a team of risk professionals, shaping conduct supervision across the organization. You will supervise risk areas, drive a global program, and manage findings from audits and supervisory activities, working with FINMA and international stakeholders.

The role requires a law or economics background with finance focus, extensive leadership experience, and fluency in German and English. French is a plus.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in law or economics with finance focus required.
• Strong analytical skills and high-quality standards under pressure.
• Fluent in German (C2) and good English (C1); French is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide effective, risk-oriented supervision and team leadership.
• Develop and implement UBS's conduct supervision program.
• Assess conduct and legal risks in UBS's global business model.
• Definition of supervisory priorities and audit strategy in Financial Crime, Market Conduct, AML/KYC, Sanctions, Investment Suitability and Fraud Risks
• FINMA lead for the assessment of findings from supervisory activities and audit reports in the area of conduct risks
• Maintaining and developing relationships with national and international stakeholders
