Job summary

UBS Schweiz AG is seeking a senior supervisor to lead a dynamic team and oversee governance and supervision across the organisation. The role emphasizes proactive supervision, development of strategic priorities, and strong stakeholder engagement on national and international levels.

The ideal candidate has a university degree in economics or law, 10+ years in banking or related supervision, and exceptional leadership, with fluency in German and English and French as a plus.

Qualifications

• University degree in economics or law must have.
• At least 10 years of professional experience in banking, auditing, or supervisory authorities.
• Leadership experience in managing specialised staff.
• Fluent German (C2) and English (C1); French is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert and personnel leadership within the group.
• Ensure proactive supervision and governance of UBS Schweiz AG.
• Develop relationships with national and international stakeholders.
• Define supervisory priorities and audit strategy focusing on risk, governance and departments.
• FINMA lead for assessment of supervisory findings and necessary supervisory measures.
• Oversee central supervisory processes and products of the UBS Group.
• Maintain relationships with national and international stakeholders.
