Copper Group in Switzerland seeks a Senior Compliance Officer to act as Deputy MLRO, overseeing AML/KYC compliance and regulatory reporting. You will collaborate with the local team and global programmes to shape a risk-based compliance framework across Switzerland while guiding product, strategy and operations to meet evolving regulatory expectations.

Qualifikationen

• Senior-level compliance experience with AML and KYC focus.
• Experience in regulatory compliance in Switzerland, preferably in digital assets or regulated finance.
• Knowledge of Swiss, EU and UK regulatory regimes.
• Proactive, hands-on mindset with impact-driven approach.
• Experience engaging with senior management and boards.

Aufgaben

• Serve as Deputy MLRO for Copper Markets Switzerland and support MLRO in AML oversight.
• Provide guidance on AML, sanctions, regulatory reporting, governance and risk.
• Lead external audits and implement corrective action plans.
• Escalate material risks to Head of Compliance Switzerland timely.
• Contribute to development of local and global compliance policy and controls.
• Maintain transaction monitoring systems and ensure illicit activity is addressed.
• Advise product and strategy teams to align with regulatory frameworks.
• Monitor regulatory developments and implement changes; deliver staff training.
