Job summary

Keyrock seeks an experienced Compliance Officer and MLRO for its Switzerland and Liechtenstein entities. You will join a dedicated Group Compliance team, lead AML/CTF efforts, and ensure regulatory compliance across CH and LI, working with Trading Operations, Finance and IT.

The role focuses on risk assessments, second-line controls, training, policy updates, and ongoing liaison with authorities. A degree in business or law, ACAMS or related qualification welcome, and a track record in regulated

Qualifications

Experience in compliance in a regulated financial institution (2nd line of defense).
Strong knowledge of AML/CTF, MiCAR and data privacy.
Proven ability to engage with Swiss and Liechtenstein authorities.
ACAMS or related qualification is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure CH/LI compliance.
Conduct compliance risk assessments and annual plans; develop second-line controls.
Collaborate with Trading Operations, Finance, Risk management, IT & Security to embed compliance.
Act as MLRO for Keyrock CH and LI with AML oversight; represent the firm on AML/CTF matters.
Conduct regular audits and reporting to Group Head of Compliance or GC.
