Job summary

Corintis, based at EPFL Campus in St. Sulpice near Lausanne, seeks a Supply Chain Intern to support day-to-day purchasing operations from PO to matched invoice.

You will report to the Supply Chain Lead and collaborate with engineering, planning, finance and suppliers across Europe and Asia in a hands-on, fast-growing hardware environment. This internship emphasizes precise, end-to-end process ownership, on-site collaboration, and real participation in a company tackling significant computing

Qualifications

• Student or recent graduate in supply chain, logistics, business or industrial engineering.
• Basic knowledge of purchasing and logistics (Incoterms, lead times, customs documents).
• Strong attention to detail and good Excel skills; ERP experience (Odoo, SAP) is a plus.
• Fluent English; French or German is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create and release purchase orders in Odoo, checking part numbers, revisions, quantities, prices, Incoterms and dates.
• Send POs to suppliers, chase confirmations and update Odoo when confirmed dates change.
• Track open orders daily and flag late or at-risk deliveries to requesters and planning.
• Check shipment documents: packing lists, delivery notes, invoices, CoC, certificates and customs paperwork.
• Perform the three‑way match (PO, goods receipt, invoice) and resolve discrepancies with suppliers.
• Keep Odoo data up to date: suppliers, lead times, pricelists and PO close-out.
