Zusammenfassung

Hyperscale Power is seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator to support day-to-day procurement and supply chain operations for our prototype, pilot and volume production at the Egg HQ near Zürich, Switzerland. You will work closely with Engineering, Manufacturing and external suppliers to ensure on-time deliveries, manage supplier relationships and track lead times, inventory and BOM data as the product scales.

Qualifikationen

• BSc in supply chain management, industrial engineering, business administration or comparable education.
• 4+ years in supply chain, procurement or purchasing, ideally in electronics or hardware manufacturing.
• Familiarity with sourcing electronic components (semiconductors, PCBs, magnetics) is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills; detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple suppliers.
• Analytical mindset; comfortable with spreadsheets/ERP systems and data tracking.
• Fluent in English; German helpful but not mandatory.

Aufgaben

• Contract and purchase raw materials, equipment, tools, parts, services for prototype to volume production.
• Support supplier qualification to meet technical specs for critical components.
• Analyze data, track trends, and maintain records (POs, lead times, inventory).
• Coordinate daily communications with suppliers and contract manufacturers on status, lead times and quality issues.
• Support Head of Operations in tracking supplier performance and flagging risks.
• Maintain BOM and sourcing data across the product lifecycle from prototype to production.
• Coordinate logistics and inbound/outbound shipments with logistics partners.
• Assist scaling of the supply base in line with the production ramp.
