Guess is seeking an organized, proactive GTM Product & Operations Coordinator to support the operational side of the global go-to-market process. You will work with Product Design, Merchandising, Planning & Allocation, Logistics, Commercial, Wholesale and Retail/VM teams to ensure product delivery and store readiness stay on track against the GTM calendar.

This role demands strong coordination, operational rigour and the ability to connect stakeholders across product, supply chain and retail.

Aufgaben

• Support the planning and coordination of the operational side of the seasonal GTM calendar including product milestones, lock dates, buying and allocation deadlines, sample readiness.
• Act as day-to-day coordination point across Product Design, Merchandising, Planning & Allocation, Logistics, Commercial and Retail/VM for GTM deliverables.
• Support monthly supply-chain alignment checks and flag delivery risks.
• Admin GTM dependency tracking tool and keep it current.
• Coordinate GTM operating meetings: prepare materials, track actions, follow up.
• Monitor launch and store readiness, identify risks and information gaps, escalate as needed.
• Maintain accurate product and delivery information across platforms.
• Support continuous improvement of the GTM process and tools with the marketing side.

GUESS is seeking an organized, proactive and collaborative GTM Product & Operations Coordinator to support the operational side of the global go-to-market process.

Working closely with Product Design, Merchandising, Planning & Allocation, Logistics, Commercial, Wholesale and Retail/VM teams, you will help ensure product delivery, buying and store readiness are tracked and on time against the GTM calendar. This role requires strong coordination skills, operational rigour and the ability to connect stakeholders across product, supply chain and retail.

CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the planning and coordination of the operational side of the seasonal GTM calendar inc. product milestones, proto/line-edit lock, buying and allocation deadlines, sample readiness
• Act as the day-to-day coordination point across Product Design, Merchandising, Planning & Allocation, Logistics, Commercial and Retail/VM for GTM-related deliverables
• Support Merchandising and Supply Chain on the monthly supply-chain alignment check-in collecting status, flagging delivery risk
• Own day-to-day administration of the GTM dependency and tracking tool, once selected keeping it current and accurate
• Coordinate GTM operating meetings: prepare materials, track actions, follow up
• Monitor launch and store readiness, identifying risks, dependencies and information gaps, and flag them to the GTM leads
• Maintain accurate, accessible product and delivery information across relevant platforms
• Support continuous improvement of the operational GTM process and tools, in partnership with the GTM Coordinator on the marketing side

• 3–5 years' experience in fashion/lifestyle, retail or consumer goods, ideally in buying, planning, supply chain or GTM/project management
• Understanding of the product lifecycle from development through to delivery and store
• Strong project coordination skills, comfortable managing multiple operational stakeholders and timelines
• Proactive relationship builder, confident gathering information across product, supply chain and retail functions
• Confident communicator, able to translate operational detail into clear GTM updates
• Strong attention to detail combined with commercial awareness
• Collaborative, pragmatic and solutions-oriented with a strong sense of ownership
• Excellent organisational and follow-up skills
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with AI-powered project management or tracking tools is a plus

• Fluent English; Italian or additional languages are an advantage
