Zusammenfassung

Clayground.ai is seeking a driven intern for a dual-profile role in Zurich. The intern will work hands-on with the Tricle AI platform, helping to deliver client GTM projects while gathering product feedback from SMB and enterprise clients.

This role demands a strong balance between business and technical skills. Responsibilities include contributing to platform development, onboarding clients, and building GTM infrastructure. Candidates should be recent graduates with a Master's degree or an exceptional Bachelor's, fluent in English and German.

We're looking for a driven, dual-profile intern who can wear both a business and a technical hat. You'll work hands-on across two tracks: delivering client GTM projects and contributing directly to the Tricle AI platform - Clayground’s own SaaS product for AI Agents in Sales for SMB & enterprise clients.

Think of this role as a Forward Deployed Engineer for Tricle AI: you're close enough to clients to understand their real problems, and technical enough to help shape and improve the platform based on what you see in the field with our existing SMB and enterprise clients.

Aufgaben

• Work directly with Tricle AI platform SMB & enterprise clients, gathering deep product feedback from the field
• Identify gaps and translate client pain points into concrete product improvements
• Contribute to platform development: help build, test, and deploy features alongside the technical team
• Onboard clients: ICP definition, sales process mapping, project setup
• Be the bridge between client reality and product roadmap
• Build & operate GTM infrastructure: lead sourcing, AI workflows, CRM integrations, outbound infrastructure
• Build automations for Clayground's own sales and marketing efforts

Qualifikation

This role requires both hats - business and technical.

• Recent graduate from a Master's degree program from top-tier university (Bachelors with exceptional performance and/or previous internships can also be considered)
• Degree in Business with a strong technical focus (e.g. Business Innovation, Management & Technology) OR Technical degree with solid business understanding (e.g. Computer Science / Data Science with relevant business coursework or experience)
• Demonstrated ability to understand and build on technical systems (APIs, automation tools, AI Systems) AND communicate clearly with non-technical stakeholders (previous professional experience required)
• Experience with OR strong curiosity about Tech & AI Engineering (Claude Code, Python, Cursor, n8n etc) and GTM tools (Clay, n8n). Experience with ****CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive etc) is a plus.
• Fluent in English and German
• Structured, detail-oriented thinker who can turn ambiguous problems into reliable systems
• Comfortable in a fast-moving, high-ownership startup environment
