Job summary

Aepsy AG in Zürich seeks a Growth-minded Marketing Lead to own end-to-end performance across three audiences: clients, psychologists, and employers. You’ll optimize campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and LinkedIn, turning data into actionable insights while upholding our privacy-first principles.

You’ll collaborate with the Creative Marketing Lead, Art Director, Growth Performance Architect and Head of Marketing to define success, implement measurement, and drive sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years in performance marketing with end-to-end campaigns
• Data-driven mindset with brand and content sense
• Proven ability to run Meta and Google campaigns independently
• Fluent in German and English (Swiss market)
• Experience with AI in daily marketing tasks

Responsibilities

• Own performance across all funnels for three audiences
• Run paid media end to end on Meta, Google, TikTok and LinkedIn
• Read the numbers and extract insights for action
• Turn patterns into decisions to improve campaigns
• Shape how people find support and drive discovery
• Build the team's marketing rhythm and campaign flow
