Sika is a specialty chemicals company leading in bonding, sealing, damping for building and industry. The Business Development Manager, Adhesive Technologies - Commercial Transportation, will drive growth across Transportation customer segments with a focus on the Americas and lead initiatives for global expansion.

You will translate technical knowledge into sustainable business growth, build strong customer partnerships, and identify new opportunities.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
5–10 years in BD, KAM, or Sales with adhesive technologies.
Knowledge of the Commercial Transportation market and customer requirements.

Responsabilités

Drive growth for Transportation segments with focus on Americas.
Lead initiatives for global expansion and strategic partnerships.
Identify new business opportunities through market analysis and customer engagement.
Build relationships with key customers and industry partners.
Collaborate with regional and global teams to implement growth initiatives.
Support sales in customer acquisition and market expansion.
Lead strategic projects, track opportunities, and drive innovation.
Represent Sika at industry events and deliver trainings/support marketing.
