Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in Business Development, Key Account Management, or Sales with knowledge of Adhesive technologies.
• In-depth knowledge of the Commercial Transportation industry and its market dynamics.
• International business experience, ideally with exposure to the Americas/USA market.
• Fluent in English; additional languages (Spanish, German, French) are an asset.

• Drive business growth across Transportation customer segments with a focus on the Americas.
• Lead initiatives for global expansion and new applications on a worldwide scale.
• Identify new business opportunities through market analysis and customer engagement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and industry partners.
• Develop and execute growth initiatives with regional and global teams.
• Support sales organizations in customer acquisition and market expansion.
• Lead strategic projects, track opportunities, and drive innovation.
• Deliver training and support marketing activities, representing Sika at industry events.
• Manage and grow selected global key accounts, including negotiations and strategic planning.
