Papers AG is seeking a Growth & AI Marketing Operations Specialist to power our multi-brand growth campaigns, content workflows, and data analytics. You will bridge AI, data operations, and tactical marketing, building automated content pipelines and ensuring top-quality outputs across channels.

You will own tracking, attribution, and rapid experimentation while collaborating with product and engineering to maintain brand voice and compliance.

Qualificações

• 3–5+ years in Growth/Marketing Operations in a fast-paced environment.
• Hands-on AI tooling experience with modern LLMs and generative AI tools.
• Strong automation and CRM/marketing tech platform administration.

Responsabilidades

• Lead multi-channel growth campaigns and content infrastructure.
• Maintain AI-driven content pipelines with strict QA.
• Own tracking, attribution, and data governance across campaigns.
