Zusammenfassung

GE Vernova’s Oberentfelden site in Switzerland focuses on high‑voltage GIS design, assembly and rigorous QA testing. The Production Quality Assurance Specialist will drive quality across the manufacture of GIS (72.5kV–175kV) and partner with Manufacturing, Engineering and Operations to reduce defects and improve FPY.

Required are a technical apprenticeship with an engineering degree, several years in Production Quality, and strong RCA knowledge, plus fluent German and good English.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor-level apprenticeship combined with an engineering degree or equivalent.
• Experience in Production Quality/Quality Engineering or Manufacturing Quality.

Aufgaben

• Ensure compliance with internal quality standards and procedures across the production lifecycle.
• Monitor quality throughout manufacturing and support final product release.
• Lead investigations into quality issues; identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Analyze KPIs (FPY, scrap, rework) to drive continuous improvement.
• Support process qualification to keep manufacturing processes capable and controlled.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Engineering, and Supply Chain to resolve quality concerns.
• Prepare quality documents, reports, and analyses using SAP, Excel, and Power BI.
• Act as technical quality interface for internal stakeholders and customers.
