Job summary

The Global Fund in Geneva is seeking a Program Officer for RSSH & PPR in the Strategy, Investment & Evidence Division. The role supports cross-cutting teams in managing GC8 Strategic Initiatives and Gates funded grants, including planning, contracting, financial management and reporting.

You will coordinate with Sourcing, Finance, CI PMO and country teams, balance priorities, monitor progress, and contribute to knowledge management and continuous improvement across the grants portfolio.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent in Public Health, Business Administration or related field.
• Demonstrated project management/coordination experience in international development or health.
• Analytical capacity with ability to present data clearly and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing and contracting support across Sourcing, Finance, Legal and CI PMO.
• Monitor progress with project plans and milestones; flag risks and provide updates.
• Manage financials: forecasting, accruals, invoices, and reporting to Budget Holder and CI PMO.
