Job summary

The Global Fund is seeking a Program Officer to support RSSH & PPR sub-teams in GC8 Strategic Initiatives and Gates grants. The role focuses on sourcing, contracting, financial management, and reporting to donors and governance bodies.

You will work with cross-functional teams across sourcing, finance, legal, and CI PMO, ensuring timely delivery and risk mitigation while maintaining a pipeline of ongoing and upcoming initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in program coordination or grant management.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, international setting.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with programmatic and financial data.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate sourcing, contracting, and procurement processes across multiple sub-teams.
• Support financial management, forecasting, and quarterly accruals for Strategic Initiatives and Gates grants.
• Monitor progress through project plans, deliverable trackers, and risk updates.
• Prepare internal and external reports, ensuring alignment with donor and governance requirements.
• Support team meetings, workshops, and stakeholder engagement activities.
