Zusammenfassung

Michael Page, on behalf of an international humanitarian organization in Geneva, is seeking an experienced Grants Manager to own the full grants lifecycle, from proposals to close-out. You will ensure donor compliance and collaborate with programme, finance and operations teams to gather and consolidate information.

You will prepare donor reports and funding proposals, monitor deadlines, maintain records, and guide internal stakeholders on grants management.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience in grants management and donor compliance within humanitarian or NGO sectors.
• Strong understanding of the grants lifecycle including proposals, reporting, and donor requirements.
• Excellent organizational and project coordination skills with multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communicator with ability to collaborate across multicultural teams.
• Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken.
