Zusammenfassung

VMG Health in Switzerland seeks a client-facing consultant to establish relationships, serve as the primary staff on engagements, and manage coordination with the engagement leader. You will analyze data to inform client recommendations and conduct stakeholder interviews as needed.

You will assist in preparing client-ready deliverables, contribute to training of coordinators, and support business development while maintaining timely communication with monthly clients and project teams.

Responsibilities

• Establish client relationships and act as a point of contact for engagements.
• Serve as the primary staff on client engagements and perform engagement tasks under the direction of the leader.
• Cover monthly grant client meetings.

• Maintain regular communication with monthly clients and work to ensure proper engagement.
• Analyze, synthesize, and interpret data to inform client recommendations.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews as necessary.
• Assist in the design and implementation of recommended solutions, producing client‑ready deliverables that are accurate and well‑sourced.
• Apprise the manager of project status, including delays or potential issues, holding self and colleagues accountable for client deadlines and deliverables.
• Under the direction of the leader, prepare clear, concise presentations of findings to clients.
• Develop frameworks, learning materials, or assets to help build service line knowledge.
• Assist with presentation development for RFPs, client proposals, external speaking events, and support the team with publishing; present at internal speaking events as requested.
• Assist with presentation development for external speaking events as requested.
• Cultivate a network of industry contacts in support of business development efforts; get involved in a professional association and attend network events.
• Assist in establishing engagement direction, priorities, and expectations; track tasks and inform the leader of potential issues.
• Complete administrative functions, mandatory training, and other internal responsibilities in a timely manner.
• Remain flexible and adaptable in work schedules and assignments as defined by departmental and company needs.
