Qualifikationen

• University degree or equivalent (preferably in law, compliance, banking & finance, business administration).
• Minimum 3 years of banking industry experience in compliance, risk management, legal or audit in Private Banking.
• Strong analytical, conceptual and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
• Fluent in written and spoken English; other languages are an advantage.

Aufgaben

• Handle third-party due diligence requests and develop solutions to support continuous improvement of related processes and procedures.
• Support Risk Type Owners in Compliance with regulatory developments and industry best practices into internal policies and standards.
• Support the enhancement and implementation of global Compliance standards.
• Participate in initiatives to set up new methodologies and standards.
• Coordinate with senior stakeholders across Compliance, Business and Group affiliates.
