Julius Baer in Zurich is seeking a Junior Compliance Specialist for the Employee Compliance Team in Central Compliance. You will support due diligence, review documentation, and verify adherence to internal policies.

You will extract insights from data using Excel, Power BI and Tableau, prepare reports and dashboards, and collaborate across teams to strengthen governance and compliance.

Qualifikationen

• Academic background in Banking, Financial Law or Business Administration.
• Solid understanding of banking operations from private banking, compliance or audit.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power Query and data analysis.
• Strong PowerPoint skills to create clear slides and summaries.
• Experience with Tableau and Power BI is highly desirable.

Aufgaben

• Support due diligence and conduct oversight processes by reviewing documentation and verifying compliance with internal policies.
• Assist in preparing reports, dashboards, and summaries using Excel, Power BI, Tableau and PowerPoint to share findings with Compliance and business teams.
• Analyze client and operational data to spot risks, trends or areas needing review or escalation in Employee Compliance.
• Collaborate with colleagues across levels and teams to collect information and support coordinated compliance efforts.
• Maintain and enhance standardized workflows, templates, and tracking tools for consistent, efficient processes.
• Stay updated on compliance topics, regulatory changes, and internal policy updates related to conduct risk.
