Zusammenfassung

Page Executive is seeking a Compliance Director based in Zurich to lead the Swiss compliance framework within a regulated financial services environment. You will interact with regulatory authorities and internal executives to ensure ongoing governance, AML/KYC, and risk oversight.

You will drive strategic regulatory initiatives, coordinate with Legal, Risk and Ops teams, and maintain a strong culture of compliance across the organisation.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 10 years of compliance experience in a regulated financial services environment.
• Strong knowledge of Swiss financial market regulation and practical experience interacting with regulatory authorities.
• Experience gained within asset management, wealth management, banking, securities, fintech, wealthtech or other regulated financial institutions.

Aufgaben

• Maintaining and enhancing the firm's compliance framework and control environment.
• Monitoring regulatory developments and ensuring timely implementation of applicable requirements.
• Acting as a primary point of contact with Swiss regulatory authorities and external auditors.
• Providing advice and guidance on regulatory, conduct and compliance matters to senior management and business stakeholders.
• Overseeing AML, KYC and broader financial crime compliance activities.
• Managing compliance monitoring, risk assessments and regulatory reporting processes.
• Supporting audits, regulatory reviews and remediation initiatives.
• Leading and contributing to strategic, regulatory and business transformation projects.
• Collaborating closely with Legal, Risk, Operations, HR and business functions to promote a strong culture of compliance.
