Job summary

Lindt & Sprüngli (Schweiz) AG in Kilchberg is seeking a shop leader to guide the team in the absence of the Shop Manager and to ensure top-tier service for local and international customers. You will handle scheduling, stock checks, and cash responsibilities while maintaining premium product standards.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of leadership experience in retail, a passion for chocolate, and fluency in German with good English.

Qualifications

• Completed vocational training as a retail specialist (EFZ) or a comparable qualification is an advantage.
• At least 2–3 years of professional and leadership experience in a comparable role.
• Convincing sales personality with a strong customer focus.
• Flexible availability and willingness to work weekends.
• Team-oriented, committed and open-minded personality.
• Passion for premium chocolate and attention to detail.
• Fluent German and good English skills; additional languages are an advantage.
• Well-groomed appearance and a friendly, proactive manner.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team and shop in the absence of the Shop Manager.
• Support recruitment and the preparation of shift schedules.
• Provide first-class sales advice to our local and international customers.
• Merchandise the sales shelves (including freshness checks).
• Operate the cash register.
• Assist with inventory management.
• Share responsibility for the overall operation of the shop.
