GC International AG is recruiting an experienced hands-on Transfer Pricing Specialist / Controller to join the global headquarters and support transfer pricing processes, documentation standards and tax-related finance activities across an international matrix organization.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Taxation, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field.
• Several years of experience in transfer pricing, international tax or cross-border tax matters, ideally within an international environment.
• Good understanding of finance processes, tax reporting and transfer pricing compliance requirements.
• Experience with commercial tax topics, financial calculations and documentation standards.
• Affinity for process improvements, project work and system-driven finance processes.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to evaluate issues using multiple sources of information.
• Experience in project management, including planning, execution, monitoring and reporting.
• Confident working in an international matrix organization and collaborating across functions and cultures.
• Meticulous, reliable and deadline-oriented, with a strong sense of confidentiality.
• Good MS Office skills and comfort working with financial data and reporting tools.
• Experience with transfer pricing tools (IC prices), SAP and accounting / controlling processes would be considered a strong asset.
• Team-oriented, open-minded and resilient, with clear communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English skills are required; German or any additional language is an advantage

Aufgaben

• Coordinate the preparation and timely submission of transfer pricing documentation for the GC Group
• Support the Head of Group Tax on transfer pricing topics related to business expansion and principal model structures in Japan and Rest of World markets
• Contribute to the implementation, maintenance and further development of transfer pricing tools, including financial data management and calculation reviews
• Maintain calculations, documentation and supporting materials related to foreign subsidiaries, CbCR reporting, BEPS requirements and other tax attributes
• Support monthly reporting, closing activities, tax budget preparation and transfer pricing compliance reviews
• Lead or contribute to selected tax and finance projects, including transfer pricing engine set-up and financial calculations
• Collaborate closely with Finance, Legal, Treasury, business stakeholders and external advisers
• Support process optimization, documentation improvements and the consistent application of transfer pricing standards across international entities
