Zusammenfassung

GC International AG in Lucerne seeks an experienced Consolidation Manager (f/m/d) to ensure accurate monthly consolidation and financial reporting across the Group in accordance with Swiss GAAP FER. You will lead the consolidation process and interact with executives.

You will optimize Cognos-based systems, maintain the Group Chart of Accounts, and guide local entities on accounting topics, driving process improvements in an international, fast-paced finance function.

Qualifikationen

• Advanced degree in Finance and Accounting or related field.
• Experience with group accounting and reporting in an international environment.
• Swiss CPA qualification appreciated.
• Strong knowledge of Swiss GAAP FER.
• Experience with Cognos.
• Excellent Excel skills.

Aufgaben

• Manage monthly consolidation process and IC difference clean-up.
• Prepare monthly reporting for Executive Management and the Board.
• Prepare annual consolidated financial statements per Swiss GAAP FER.
• Coordinate with external auditors and prepare audit working papers.
• Maintain Group Reporting Calendar and Group Accounting Manual.
• Support optimization of Cognos-based consolidation system and automation.
• Ensure consistency of Group Chart of Accounts in Cognos.
• Coordinate ICS activities for all Swiss entities.
• Provide guidance on Swiss GAAP FER and accounting treatments.
• Support group-wide projects on process improvements and finance transformation.
