Zusammenfassung

Tecan invites you to join our Brand and Employee Engagement team as an Internal Communication Trainee for a fixed-term 6-month contract in Switzerland. You’ll support internal communications, curate content, and coordinate with diverse teams and agencies to ensure timely delivery of engaging materials.

Role emphasizes strong English communication, organizational skills, and familiarity with digital publishing tools, with German or other languages a plus.

Qualifikationen

• University degree (BA/MA) in Communication or Business Administration, or currently pursuing
• Effective communication with stakeholders across departments and levels
• Experience with digital publication platforms and editorial processes preferred
• Excellent command of English (spoken and written); German or other languages a plus
• Strong problem solving and organizational skills
• Experience in internal communications, branding or event support is a strong asset
• Curious, organized, eager to learn, attentive to detail and confident using digital tools, including AI tools for content creation
• Graphic design, photo/video and Adobe Suite skills a strong plus

• Collating, proofreading and checking approvals on communications content
• Creating and curating branded assets (e.g., PowerPoint decks, flyers, visuals)
• Uploading and scheduling publication of intranet, news and other content using the Asana project management tool
• Organizing resources and supporting logistics and technical aspects of live video streaming/Teams meetings
• Liaising with internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure timely and high-quality project execution
• Supporting internal communication campaigns through active engagement on Viva Exchange and other channels
• Managing SharePoint content, including templates and performance monitoring, in line with the editorial plan
• Coordinating logistics for internal campaigns and events, giveaways, printing and shipping
