Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Finance, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Extensive experience in global compensation and benefits.
• Experience leading a global total rewards function in a complex environment.
• Strategic thinker who is hands-on with execution.
• Strong collaboration and influence across boundaries.
• Knowledge of salary structure design, base pay, market benchmarking, and equity.

Responsibilities

• Lead total rewards strategy across OpCos.
• Harmonize benefit programs across OpCos where appropriate.
• Advise leaders on policy, program design, job evaluation, market benchmarking and related actions.
• Lead annual compensation planning and group-wide processes for incentive programs.
• Partner with Corporate Total Rewards to communicate, train, and manage change.
• Develop metrics and scorecards to provide actionable insights.
• Drive process excellence through DBS tools.
• Support rewards work in HR mergers and acquisitions.
• Coach and develop OpCo rewards teams.
