Job summary

Cytiva, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Biotechnology Group Total Rewards Leader to design and deliver compensation and benefits programs that attract, retain, and reward talent across OpCos in alignment with business priorities.

You will collaborate with Group executive HR leaders, OpCo HR teams and Danaher Total Rewards, developing metrics and scorecards and driving DBS‑based improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field.
• Long‑standing experience in global compensation and benefits.
• Experience leading a global total rewards function in a complex corporate or matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead total rewards strategy, governance, and delivery across OpCos.
• Advise on compensation policy, program design, job evaluation, market benchmarking, sales compensation, offers, promotions, global mobility, recognition, retention.
• Coordinate annual compensation planning and group-wide incentive programs.
• Partner with Danaher Corporate Total Rewards to communicate and train stakeholders.
