You will monitor third-party risk, escalate findings when needed, and collaborate with IT, Finance, Legal and Compliance to implement new regulatory requirements and to prepare senior management reports.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• Knowledge of an international bank, its processes, and regulations.
• First experience as an IT auditor, auditor, business risk manager, third-party risk manager, or analyst in procurement or vendor management.
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and quality.
• Team-oriented with a focus on client service and international communication.
• Willingness to take responsibility for assigned projects with a solution-oriented mindset and strong problem-solving skills.
• Well-organized professional capable of managing multiple relationships and projects simultaneously and setting priorities.
• IT savvy and knowledge of banking software and emerging technologies, including AI.
• English; German is a plus.

Aufgaben

• As part of the international procurement department, conduct end-to-end due diligence and data management for third-party clients
• Perform required screening audits, assess results, and identify any non-compliance
• If necessary, escalating findings for further investigation
• Continuously monitoring third-party risks and conducting periodic reviews of the processes
• Supporting third-party on-boarding and off-boarding with audit-related activities
• Establishing or ensuring ongoing communication with third parties regarding the proper management and quality of the processes, using the results of risk surveys or risk audits
• Ongoing collaboration with internal teams, such as specialists in IT, Finance, Legal, and Compliance
• Ensuring the implementation of new regulatory requirements into the processes
• Prepare regular reports for senior management
• Ad hoc projects.
