You will perform screening audits, assess results, escalate findings, monitor risks, and support onboarding and offboarding with audit activities. Collaborating with IT, Finance, Legal and Compliance, you will implement regulatory requirements and prepare regular reports for senior management.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• Familiar with an international bank, its processes, and regulations.
• First experience as an IT auditor, auditor, business risk manager, third-party risk manager, or analyst in procurement or vendor management.
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and quality.
• Team-oriented with a focus on client service and international communication.
• Willingness to take responsibility for assigned projects with a solution-oriented mindset and strong problem-solving skills.
• Well-organized professional capable of managing multiple relationships and projects simultaneously and setting priorities.
• IT savvy and knowledge of banking software and emerging technologies, including AI.
• English; German is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Conduct end-to-end due diligence and data management for third-party clients.
• Perform screening audits, assess results, and identify non-compliance.
• Escalate findings for further investigation when necessary.
• Monitor third-party risks and conduct periodic process reviews.
• Support third-party onboarding and offboarding with audit-related activities.
• Maintain communication with third parties regarding process management and quality using risk survey or audit results.
• Collaborate with IT, Finance, Legal, and Compliance teams.
• Implement new regulatory requirements into processes.
• Prepare regular reports for senior management.
• Participate in ad hoc projects.
