Role Overview

The Third-Party Risk Analyst will be part of the global Procurement and third-party risk management (TPRM) team, with a primary focus on third-party due diligence and data management. The team is responsible for the sourcing and onboarding of third parties across Switzerland, Germany, and other countries within the EMEA region. • Early‑career professional with some experience in Third‑Party Risk, Vendor Management, Procurement, Compliance, or a related area.
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on client service, data quality, and regulatory reporting.
  • Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and desire to develop within the Procurement and Third‑Party Risk Management profession.
  • Willingness to take ownership of assigned onboarding and ongoing monitoring activities.
  • Team player who can work effectively across borders with Procurement managers in Switzerland, France, the U.K., and the U.S.
  • Well‑organized and capable of managing multiple priorities.
  • Analytical and solution‑oriented mindset with strong problem‑solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills, with the ability to clearly explain requirements and support stakeholders in following established processes.
  • Interest in Third‑Party Risk Management, Procurement, regulatory compliance, and emerging technologies, including AI.
Benefits
  • Rothschild & Co provides a wide range of health and wellbeing services, supported by above‑average employer contributions to pension and social insurance, strengthening your long‑term financial security.
  • A collaborative, respectful and inclusive workplace where people feel valued, empowered and able to contribute their ideas.
  • A purpose‑driven culture guided by our long‑standing principles of being thoughtful, creative and principled, with a focus on responsible and long‑term decision‑making.
  • Continuous learning through in‑house training opportunities and financial support for external education and professional certifications.
  • Flexible ways of working with the possibility to work from home up to 40%, based on the role.

One reason for the long‑term success of our business is the importance we place on being principled.
