TiL’s network of container terminals relies on standardized systems and centralized control. Geneva-based leadership will drive IT/OT and communications technology across the portfolio to support business development and terminal projects.

You will shape technology strategy, define blueprints for greenfield work, ensure security and reliability, coordinate with partners, manage budgets, and report to senior governance committees.

Qualifikationen

• Over 10 years in a leadership role within Ports and Terminals.
• Knowledge of container terminals management and operations.
• Strong understanding of system security, network architecture, databases and storage.
• Experience with project management principles.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute a Technology strategy for TiL's global terminal network.
• Define a Technology blueprint for greenfield projects.
• Implement scalable architectures with security and reliability.
• Coordinate with partners to standardise best practices across the portfolio.
• Contribute to Technology budgeting and procurement cycles.
• Oversee major Technology projects and governance reporting.
• Lead Cyber Security programs and enforce standards across terminals.
