Hitachi Energy in Switzerland is seeking an experienced Tender Specialist to strengthen the Global Competence Center Power Conversion. You will lead bids and collaborates with cross-functional teams to deliver competitive proposals.

In this role you’ll shape commercial offers, coordinate international stakeholders, and support the handover to project execution. Fluency in English and German is required, and occasional travel is expected.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in bid management, sales support, or project management.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant subject.
• Fluent in English and German; additional languages helpful.
• Willingness to travel ~15%.

Aufgaben

• Understand customer requirements during the acquisition phase.
• Shape innovative sales strategies and select winning solutions.
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders internationally for tender documents.
• Prepare comprehensive, timely, and technically sound commercial offers.
• Ensure risk assessment and complete tender documentation with suppliers.
• Present bids and provide technical support in customer meetings.
• Transition negotiated projects to project execution and engineering.
