Brugg Kabel Manufacturing AG in Switzerland invites an experienced Tender Manager to lead end-to-end tender and quotation processes for high-voltage cable systems. You will coordinate cross-functional teams across Engineering, PM, Procurement, Production, Logistics, Finance and Legal, and manage prequalification with utilities and contractors.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in electrical/power engineering, industrial engineering or business administration.
• Minimum 5 years in tender/bid management, sales support or project management in energy infrastructure, cables or a comparable international project business.
• Experience with HV cable systems and/or turnkey project business is a strong advantage.
• Solid knowledge of commercial contract terms.
• Strong analytical and cost calculation skills.
• Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems, Microsoft Dynamics 365 is an advantage
• Business-fluent English required, German an advantage
• Strong customer orientation and solution-focused approach

Aufgaben

• Lead end-to-end tender and quotation process for HV cable systems.
• Coordinate cross-functional bid team including Engineering, PM, Procurement, Production, Logistics, Finance and Legal.
• Screen tenders/RFQs and prepare bid/no-bid recommendations with Sales Manager.
• Prepare cost calculations, pricing proposals and contract terms with Sales Manager.
• Perform structured risk & opportunity assessments.
• Compile, quality-check and submit complete bid documentation (technical, commercial, legal).
• Manage prequalification and vendor registration for utilities and contractors.
• Maintain tender and pipeline data in ERP (Dynamics 365) and support monthly sales reporting.
• Support contract negotiations.
• Conduct win/loss analyses; improve tender tools, templates and processes.
