Hitachi Energy in Switzerland seeks a Tender and Quotation Specialist for the MICAFIL bushing factory. You will translate customer needs into competitive bids and collaborate with sales, engineering, and legal teams to craft technical proposals and commercial offers.

You will analyze RFQs, prepare comprehensive documents, ensure accuracy and deadlines, and support negotiations. Fluency in English is required, German is a plus; strong Excel and CRM skills are expected.

Qualifikationen

• Technical or commercial education background.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in tender management, quotation preparation, price calculation, or bid coordination.
• Strong understanding of tender processes, contractual terms, and commercial aspects.

• Analyze RFQs and tender documents to understand client requirements and scope.
• Collaborate with sales, engineering, legal, and internal teams to gather information and cost estimates.
• Develop comprehensive tender documents, including technical proposals and commercial offers.
• Ensure submissions are accurate, complete, and meet deadlines.
• Participate in pre-bid meetings, client clarifications, and negotiations as needed.
• Maintain records of tender activities and handovers to order processing.
• Continuously improve tender processes and templates for efficiency and quality.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders for optimal solutions and clear communication with customers.
