Brugg Cables | Terna Energy Solutions in Switzerland is seeking a Site Manager to oversee installation, maintenance and repair of underground cable systems, including HV cables. You will plan and allocate work, train teams, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance on site.

We value hands-on leadership, strong jointing knowledge, and willingness to travel up to 30% to construction sites. A technical degree in electrical or civil engineering and HV experience are preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Technical degree or vocational training in electrical or civil engineering.
• Several years of experience in cable construction, preferably HV systems.
• Proven experience as a Jointer / Site Manager in electrical industry.
• Strong knowledge of jointing techniques, tools, and equipment.
• Leadership and organizational abilities.
• Willingness to travel and drive.

Aufgaben

• Prepare the site for installation, maintenance, and repair of underground cable systems.
• Plan, organize, and allocate work to team members, ensuring timely completion.
• Provide hands-on training, guidance, and support to team members.
• Inspect and assess job sites for safety and regulatory compliance.

• Order and manage materials, tools, and equipment for jointing projects.
