Qualifications

• Technical education in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, automation or related field.
• At least 5 years of successful experience in technical B2B sales, ideally in machinery or automation.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell highly technical industrial equipment to an international customer base.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential customers.
• Develop and implement effective prospecting, sales and negotiation strategies.
• Manage and strengthen relationships with existing customers.
• Convert commercial opportunities into profitable and sustainable contracts.
• Travel internationally approx. 30–50% of the time.
• Represent the company at international trade fairs and events.
