Zusammenfassung

SAM International in Fribourg, Switzerland, is seeking a Technical Procurement Specialist for a 100% onsite role. You will manage a supplier portfolio, negotiate best terms, and ensure efficient supply for clients while autonomously handling purchasing activities.

The ideal candidate has 5–6 years in import/export and technical purchasing, an MBA or equivalent, and fluency in French and English (C1). Swiss/EU work permit eligibility is required.

Qualifikationen

• MBA, certification in purchasing, supply chain, vocational diploma (CFC), or equivalent qualification.
• Experience: min. 5-6 years, ideally in import/export and technical purchasing.
• Experience in purchasing technical equipment (mechanical, spare parts, industrial equipment).
• Native French and English speaker (C1 level required).
• Please note that only swiss, eu/efta or valid Swiss work permit holders are eligible.

Aufgaben

• Manage and develop the supplier portfolio.
• Regular contact with current suppliers and sourcing new suppliers.
• Negotiate terms to optimize price, quality and service.
• Coordinate export logistics and monitor deliveries.
• Handle purchasing administration and invoicing.
• Collaborate with the team and manage internal client portfolio.
