Zusammenfassung

Randstad in Reinach (BL) seeks a Strategic Buyer for Construction / Construction Services (80–100%). Immediate start for a 6‑month assignment with high extension potential.

You will shape global procurement, lead CapEx project sourcing, and ensure cost efficiency, quality and supplier reliability across international sites. Responsibilities include RFI/RFP, contract negotiations and end-to-end lifecycle ownership, working with cross‑functional teams.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Business Administration, Civil Engineering, Facility Management, or related field; further procurement certification is a plus.
• Min. 5 years of proven experience in strategic procurement within construction, building technology or CapEx projects.
• Strong proficiency in RFI/RFP processes, contract management, and international procurement.
• Business fluent in German and English (spoken and written).

Aufgaben

• Procurement Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement procurement strategies for construction services focusing on cost optimization and risk management.
• Investment & Project Procurement: Lead procurement for major CapEx projects including new construction and site retrofits.
• End-to-End Lifecycle Ownership: Manage demand, RFI/RFP, contract negotiations, and invoice verification.
• Supplier Management & Portfolio: Build and optimize supplier portfolio based on performance and reliability.
• Stakeholder & Site Collaboration: Act as central procurement partner for internal/external teams across sites.
