Sonepar Suisse AG is seeking a Senior Manager, Global Strategic Suppliers to lead international vendor relationships and commercial contracts. You will oversee Global Strategic Suppliers, align supplier strategies with SIS objectives, and drive multi-country programs including omnichannel and sustainability initiatives.

The role requires strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and willingness to travel internationally. Based in Geneva, CHF market compensation applies.

Qualifikationen

• Negotiation, Purchasing and Contract management demonstrated with global/local contracts.
• Strong verbal and written communication across teams and cultures.
• Sourcing and Category expertise in electrical products is a plus.
• Experience in electrical environment (distributors, suppliers or end-user).
• Willingness to travel frequently for international meetings.

Aufgaben

• Account Management for Global Strategic Suppliers (GSS) and vendor relations.
• Manage suppliers' relationships and align strategy from top management to local execution.
• Define global action plans and coordinate service deliveries across Sonepar countries.
• Negotiate contracts, commercialize SIS services, and identify collaboration opportunities.
• Coordinate international promotional campaigns and manage key stakeholder meetings.
• Support digital transformation initiatives and cross-country programs.
