Zusammenfassung

WIK Group in Lucerne is seeking an experienced Technology Integration Manager to work with the Group CTO, shaping a global operating model that links strategy to execution across innovation, architecture, and product development.

Based in Switzerland, you will initially lead and develop Advanced Engineering and drive maturation of technologies from feasibility to robust engineering, enabling transfer into platforms and products.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electronics, Systems Engineering or a comparable field.
• Typically 12-15+ years in R&D, engineering, product development or technology development.
• Experience with complex physical or electromechanical products and multidisciplinary engineering.
• Experience leading engineering teams and cross-functional activities.
• Proven ability to move technologies from concept to product development.
• Strong understanding of product development, systems engineering and validation processes.
• Experience establishing governance and operating models for engineering.
• Experience in international/matrix organizations with excellent English.

Aufgaben

• Translate Technology strategy and the Target Operating Model into governing rules and ways of working.
• Connect Innovation, Platform & System Architecture, Experts, Product Development, Validation and Operations.
• Strengthen governance across opportunity assessment, RFQ, maturation and key decisions.
• Identify bottlenecks, unclear ownership and interface issues; drive pragmatic solutions.
• Provide CTO with transparency on priorities, maturity, risks and dependencies.
• Initially lead and develop Advanced Engineering with its mission and operating model.
• Mature technologies from feasibility to engineering solutions and transfer into platforms.
• Promote reuse of technologies and knowledge across the product portfolio.
• Drive cross-functional tech initiatives and organizational improvements for the CTO.
• Ensure governance creates clarity and accountability without bureaucracy.
