Zusammenfassung

WIK Group seeks an experienced engineering and technology leader to report to the Group CTO and build an integrated, scalable technology organization. You will create governance, drive maturation of technologies, and coordinate across Innovation, Platforms, Product Development, Experts and Validation Labs.

Based in Switzerland, you will work to connect technology strategy with execution and, in the initial phase, lead and develop a team of Engineers in Germany.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electronics, or Systems Engineering.
• 12-15+ years of experience in R&D, engineering, product development or technology development.
• Experience leading engineering teams and moving technologies to product development.
• Excellent English communication; experience in international/matrix organizations.

Aufgaben

• Translate Technology strategy and the Target Operating Model into governance, decision rights and ways of working.
• Connect Innovation, Platform & System Architecture, Experts, Product Development, Validation and Operations interfaces.
• Strengthen technical governance across opportunity assessment, RFQ, product development, maturation and key Technology decisions.
• Identify bottlenecks, unclear ownership and interface issues and drive pragmatic solutions.
• Provide the CTO with transparency on Technology priorities, maturity, risks, capabilities and dependencies.
• Initially lead and develop Advanced Engineering and establish its mission and operating model.
