This role leads a distributed tax team, drives tax automation, and partners with executives across finance, treasury, and M&A to enable growth while upholding rigorous regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Tax or related field.
• Swiss tax qualification (CTA) preferred.
• 15+ years of international tax experience.
• Experience in commodity trading, energy, or shipping sectors.
• Leadership of a global tax function.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement the global tax strategy.
• Lead a global tax organization and talent pipeline.
• Oversee direct tax matters across global operations.
• Manage international tax planning and cross-border structures.
• Own the transfer pricing framework and documentation.
• Oversee VAT, GST, and other indirect taxes.
• Oversee IFRS tax reporting and disclosures.
• Lead tax tech transformation and automation.
