EY in Switzerland seeks a Manager for Swiss Tax Compliance to own corporate tax engagements for major Swiss and multinational clients. You will oversee the full compliance lifecycle, review tax returns and provisions, and coordinate audits with cantonal and federal authorities.

You will lead cross-border projects with international teams, drive process improvements, and coach junior professionals, shaping the growth of EY's Swiss Tax Compliance practice.

Qualifikationen

• Several years of experience in corporate taxation and tax compliance, ideally with a Certified Tax Expert qualification or equivalent.
• Proven ability to manage complex client portfolios, drive projects, and identify opportunities for process improvements and tax transformation.
• Fluent in German and English; French language skills are a plus.
• Strong interest in digitalization, AI, automation, and tax technology.

Aufgaben

• Take ownership of corporate tax compliance engagements for leading Swiss and multinational companies, acting as a trusted advisor on tax and process improvements.
• Manage the full tax compliance lifecycle, including review of tax returns, provisions, and withholding tax filings.
• Lead and coordinate tax audits with cantonal authorities and the Swiss Federal Tax Administration.
• Review Pillar Two (QDMTT) filings and GIR notifications, supporting efficient compliance and governance.
• Collaborate with international teams to deliver integrated cross-border tax solutions.
• Coach and develop team members, fostering technical excellence and growth.
