Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master in relevant field; Swiss tax diploma or LLM.
• 5–6 years of tax advisory with international clients.
• Curious, proactive; ownership and leadership development.
• Strong network in Switzerland; build trusted client relationships.
• Fluent in French and English; additional language skills aPlus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate Swiss and international tax advisory projects for clients across industries.
• Oversee Swiss tax compliance services for large multinationals and support global obligations.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across Deloitte’s network for coordinated solutions.
• Strengthen technical and leadership capabilities through client engagements and training.
• Lead, coach and develop junior colleagues; foster a collaborative culture.
