Zusammenfassung

Organon LLC in Luzern, Switzerland, seeks a Global Supply Planning Specialist to lead operational planning for API, bulk, and finished goods across internal and external sites, ensuring uninterrupted product availability.

You will work with Site Planners, Demand Fulfillment, and Finance to optimize portfolios, manage inventory metrics, and participate in IBP processes, with a focus on efficiency and continuous improvement.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business Management.
• 2+ years of proven experience in Manufacturing, Supply Chain and/or Logistics.
• Strong communication, analytical and quantitative skills.
• Ability to work across organizational boundaries through influence, negotiation and partnering in a global environment.
• Attention to detail and a passion for data accuracy.
• Strong data-analytical mindset.
• Coping with tight deadlines, proven resilience.

• High proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• SAP S4/Hana or similar MRP software experience.
• Experience of any BI Tools is preferred (Power BI, QlikView…).
• Preferably: APICs (CPIM, CSCP).

Aufgaben

• Supply Chain Management & Operational Execution across global sites.
• Plan activities for assigned portfolio and ensure accurate requirements generation.
• Develop scenarios to prevent and resolve supply issues across a 36-month horizon.
• Manage Master Data of Planning parameters and inventory metrics.
• Collaborate with Demand management, Regional Planners, Finance and Procurement.
• Participate in IBP meetings and external manufacturing platform reviews.
• Support allocation management and Product Lifecycle Management.
