Job summary

EMEA Recruitment, in partnership with a global FMCG company, seeks a Supply Chain Network Planning Manager to lead tactical planning across international regions from its Zug, Switzerland site. The role involves developing planning scenarios, optimizing material requirements, and driving global planning excellence while collaborating with senior stakeholders across the business.

The role will be based fully on-site in Zug, with international travel approximately one week every two months.

Qualifications

• Experience in Supply Chain Planning with knowledge of Material Planning and packaging.
• Experience across multiple manufacturing sites in a global network.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in planning systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead tactical network planning across international regions with an 18-month horizon.
• Analyze capacity, material requirements, inventory, and constraints in a complex global network.
• Develop and evaluate planning scenarios using advanced planning systems.
• Align raw materials and packaging requirements with regional teams and sourcing strategies.
• Drive planning standards, processes, and capabilities across regions.
• Influence senior stakeholders to improve planning maturity and cross-functional alignment.
