• Deep expertise in end-to-end Supply Chain Planning: demand, supply, inventory, S&OP.

Aufgaben

• Lead global Supply Chain Planning transformation initiatives and digital solution deployments.
• Drive implementation of planning technologies, including SAP-based solutions, from design to deployment and adoption.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance, and DD&T to define strategy and deliver measurable outcomes.
• Build organizational capabilities through training, change management, and best-practice sharing.
• Provide strategic leadership to advance Takeda’s digital Supply Chain vision and future planning capabilities.
