Takeda is seeking a Business Process Lead, Supply Chain Planning Implementation Lead, to drive global digital transformation in planning across demand, supply, inventory and S&OP. You will report to the Head of Supply Chain Planning Systems and partner with Manufacturing Sites, Finance, GSC, and DD&T.

Lead deployment of SAP-based planning solutions, define future-state landscape, standardization, governance, and adoption. This is a full-time role based in CHE - Glattpark (Opfikon) - Zurich.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years in SCM or related digital transformation.
• Expertise in demand, supply, inventory, and S&OP planning.
• Hands-on with SAP ECC/APO/IBP/OBP planning tools.
• Experience leading global transformation and system implementation.
• Strong leadership and change-management in a matrix org.

Aufgaben

• Lead global Supply Chain Planning transformation initiatives and digital solution deployments across manufacturing and enterprise organizations.
• Drive implementation of planning technologies, including SAP-based planning solutions, from design through deployment and adoption.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance, and DD&T to define strategy and deliver measurable outcomes.
• Build organizational capabilities through training, change management, and best-practice sharing.
• Provide strategic leadership to advance Takeda's digital Supply Chain vision and planning capabilities.
• Support cross-functional decision-making through data-driven analysis and stakeholder alignment.
