You will shape Takeda’s Supply Chain tech roadmap, govern data, and drive adoption of digital solutions across planning, execution, and customer service. Strong leadership and strategic, data-driven thinking are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
• PMI/PM certification or equivalent is preferred.
• APICS CSCP certification or equivalent.
• 10+ years of experience across at least two cross-functional areas in supply chain, manufacturing, engineering, or finance.

Aufgaben

• Lead the global Supply Chain Data Products team to deliver measurable outcomes through automation and decision support.
• Own data governance across Takeda’s data platforms, definitions, quality standards, and stewardship.
• Define and maintain the Supply Chain data roadmap with DD&T and leadership.
• Translate business needs into scalable data products and value cases.
• Drive Agile and product delivery methods across complex, global programs.
• Coach teams to enable sustainable self-service improvement and KPI alignment.
