Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, or Business.
• 12+ years of biopharma or life sciences industry experience, including 10+ years directing multi-tiered, cross-functional global teams.
• Demonstrated success managing multi-million-dollar operating budgets and delivering cost optimization programs.
• Deep operational mastery of GDP, international trade compliance, 3PL/4PL, and enterprise platforms (SAP/ERP, TMS, Track & Trace).
• Proven ability to lead enterprise change in complex matrix environments, with analytics, automation, and AI solutions.
• Professional fluency in English.
• Willing to travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Direct end-to-end logistics execution and finished goods planning across internal and external networks.
• Own the global logistics budget and capital allocation to drive margin expansion and cost optimization.
• Enforce GDP, trade compliance, customs and anti-counterfeiting protocols; lead risk mitigation and footprint transformation.
• Own the global Flow of Goods Policy and provide governance over warehouse capacity and material flows.
• Steer long-term technology architecture and enterprise integrations for predictive routing and Track & Trace visibility.
• Represent the enterprise before global regulatory authorities and trade groups to influence policies.
• Sponsor and scale a diverse, high-performing global talent pipeline and executive succession across supply chain functions.
